Changing Times Auction Services LLC is owned and operated by Clark Faggioli with over 20 years of real estate sales and service experience. What separates our company from all the other real estate firms is our broad range of services under one roof. There are very few complete Full-Service Real Estate Sales & Service Companies available.
Since the mid-1980's Clark has been either working in the family construction business or serving 6 years in the US Army. Both experiences were priceless in building his Character and Discipline to get the job done in time and as quoted. Clark has never had any monetary goals in business, rather just one simple goal. Take care of the client, and the money will take care of itself.
Over the last 40 years Clark has been working in or on real estate related challenges and is one of the very few Realtors with a hands-on construction experience as well as the business accumen to manage complex negotiations. Either by selling Foreclosure homes or Short Sales. During the 2008 housing crisis, Clark not only solved many complex issues with homeowners' upsidedown in their mortgage. But also managed all the short sales for several other offices as well as hosted Short Sale classes, helping Realtors serve our region.
In 2006, Clark formed REO Rescue. This company worked exclusively for the lenders, recovering homes and preparing them for resale. The plan at the time was to build this business for his son to manage after High School graduation while also going to college. As time went on, the business model changed to Estate liquidation and home sales. By 2011, 100% of our work was Estate Liquidation. As the market continue to change, so did our business. In 2015 we changed the name to Changing Times Homes Services. Over this amount of time we have grown every year to become the regions Real Estate Liquidation Resource. The "The one stop shop". My clients began calling me their project manager.
After working with local Auctioneers for over 15 years, I was always interested in obtaining my Auction License. But I never had the time. Then Covid came into our lives and aloud me to pursue the educational training needed. I like to call it my "Lemonaid Business". When life gives you lemons,,, well you know.
